JOB OPENING
Executive Director

Pine Ridge Homes, Inc., which serves people with intellectual, emotional, or physical
disabilities has eight residential homes in Carlton County serving people with
Developmental Disabilities is looking for an Executive Director/DM.
The Director/DM assumes the responsibility for the planning, organization, and
administration of the agency’s total operation. He/she will serve as the liaison between
the agency and other community agencies, and local, state and federal governmental
units. He/she shall maintain supervision over the staff in it’s entirety, and in turn, shall
be responsible to and report to the Board of Directors.
The candidate for Executive Director/DM must have at least 6 years of experience
working with persons with disabilities. Have two years of supervisory experience and
have at least a 2-year degree (a 4-year degree in behavioral science or related field is
strongly preferred). Have and maintain a valid driver’s license with no restrictions and
pass a background check. The candidate must have knowledge of 245D regulations,
working with the bookkeepers on budgets, (6790 financial/client forms), working with
surrounding counties/case managers and working with the Pine Ridge Board of
Directors. This position is full time and offers an excellent salary, health/dental
insurance, long term disability insurance and simple IRA plan.
This is a salaried position. Salary range $80,000 – $110,000 depending on experience.

**No CNA certification required and all training is provided and paid for by Pine Ridge Homes.  Pine ridge provides all direct support staff with paid activities and meals.  Direct support staff must be 18 or older for these positions.
